Jim Duran, aka Hamer, is a Butte native and longtime music lover. He’s been a DJ on KBFM since the wee early days, and makes his program from home each week with painstaking audio production detail and a good dose of zany humor. Hamer is a former draftsmen illustrator for GCM Services in Butte, and still supplies KBMF and other non profits around town with quality, hand drawn logos and conceptual drawings.
