A Butte native and longtime watchdog of Superfund activities in Butte, Mary Kay Craig is an ardent and outspoken proponent of better cleanup practices in Butte and the surrounding communities. She is the former chair of CTEC (Citizens Technical Environmental Committee), and founder of CLEJ (Citizens for Labor and Environmental Justice). Her commentaries focus on Superfund decisions and processes, informing the public about events as they happen.
