Final Tally on the Pledge Drive: $11, 795

KBMF had an extremely successful pledge drive this year, our first. In fact, the date of this post (June 13th) marks one year on the air! In that time, we've seen the incredible growth of this low power community radio station, transforming from static noise on 102.5FM into a thriving hub of information and music for the Butte community.

With the funds from this pledge drive, we'll make much-needed upgrades to our studio, including better wiring for our mixing board, new headphones, and the installation of important equipment for remote broadcasts of the Butte-Silver Bow Council of Commissioners meetings.

We also hope to create a new employee position at the radio station, hiring a music director to manage the influx of new music that arrives to the station each week. More to come on that in the next couple of weeks.

From KBMF and the Butte America Foundation, you have our deepest gratitude. Thank you for making another year of KBMF a reality.
